Grafted + YouTube = Free Streaming!

We are excited to announce that Grafted has been uploaded to YouTube. You can now stream Grafted for free! DVDs and downloads are still available if you want to own a copy. If you have already purchased a download, your link will still be active.

If you've watched Grafted and it has blessed to you, would you please share it with others? We pray this film will continue to bless families, remind believers of their adoption in Christ, and encourage participation in earthly adoption, whether through prayer, giving, or actual adoption.

THANK YOU!

Thank you to friends and family who have watched and shared Still. We've been so blessed by the emails and comments from people sharing how Still has affected them. A special thanks to one of the pastors at our church, Dr. Voddie Baucham, who shared Still on his FB page. Overnight, the number of views more than doubled! He also shared about Grafted.

Stay tuned! We'll have some exciting news about Grafted tomorrow!

Soli Deo Gloria,

Still...

It's been a long time, but we're back. We haven't made any other films while we've been incommunicado, because nothing seemed to be the right subject at the right time. Until now.

Caleb and Lisa participate in speech and debate through NCFCA, which we highly recommend for myriad reasons. This is the inaugural year of NCFCA's film contest, so that means it's time to make a film, right? Well, yes and no.

Caleb and Lisa have wanted their next film to be a narrative, and Caleb, the writer and story idea man, has been working hard through the summer writing several short stories. We've discussed many of them as possible films, but for many reasons, those other films haven't worked yet. We couldn't get enough people for the crew; the people we wanted for the main actors were unable to participate at that time; the film required locations that would be difficult to obtain, and so on.  Were we really supposed to make this film? There seemed to be so much providential hindrance. With Grafted, though there were issues (Anyone remember our move and the wildfires?), we were already neck deep in making the movie, so they seemed more distractions, rather than hindrances. But this time, there really seemed to be a big "NO!" to all the other ideas. And then there was Still.

The theme for the film contest entries is determination. Still is a short (8 min.) film about life, love, and loss. We were blessed to have Zachary Horner compose and arrange the original score. We hope you enjoy Still.
